EVENTS MANAGEMENT

CTEC has vast experience in the coordination of a wide range of medical and surgical skills courses for a variety of large associations and multinational medical organisations.  This includes project managing technical, catering, audiovisual, marketing and administrative activities to ensure efficient and streamlined event coordination.

The CTEC Event Coordination Team has a strong customer service orientation and coordinates all aspects of planning events on time and within budget.  Each event is appointed a Coordinator who oversees all aspects of the event.  Specialised technical experts assist with requirements for hands-on courses.

CATERING

Catering is available for breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunch and evening buffets. CTEC has a range of menus and packages to suit all budgets and can tailor delegate packages to meet the specific requirements of your organisation. 

CTEC also has privileged access to the new University Club nearby on the UWA campus. The University Club's Private Dining Rooms are ideally suited to small intimate dinners and cocktail functions.
