
Professor Stephen Dunjey
Professor Stephen Dunjey is a Specialist in Emergency Medicine. Awarded his FACEM in 1991, Professor Dunjey completed his subspecialty training in 2007, earning a Diploma of Diagnostic Ultrasound.
Professor Dunjey has worked at Royal Perth Hospital for almost 30 years. He is a Consultant with the RPH Emergency Department and a Professor of Emergency Medicine at St John of God Murdoch Hospital. He has also worked as a specialist at the Royal Brisbane Hospital and at the King Khaled Hospital in Jedda, Saudi Arabia. Professor Dunjey was also a Consultant at King Edward Memorial Hospital for Women from 2004-2016.
He has a special interest in the education of current and upcoming health professionals. In 2019 Professor Dunjey's contributions and service to the field of emergency medicine were recognised with a Lifetime Achievement Award bestowed by the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine in the areas of education and training.
Professor Dunjey is Co-Convenor of CTEC's Critical Care Procedures Workshop.
