With the launch of the Purple CAT, all Perth CAT services will no longer automatically stop at all stops. If you wish to catch a CAT bus you will need to hail the bus from the bus stop. If you wish to get off the bus you will need to ring the bell. Perth CAT buses now operate in the same way as a regular bus service.
While the Purple CAT is a free service, passengers still have access to a range of other Transperth services to and from the CBD, which will not cost you anything additional if you are transferring services.
For further assistance or to plan your journey call the Transperth InfoLine on 13 62 13 (TIS: 13 14 50) Hearing or speech impaired? Call via NRS 133 677.
