Thank you! As we all look forward to the festive season, the team and I at CTEC would like to thank you for your invaluable contributions to CTEC during 2021. We are grateful for the expertise, knowledge and time you gave to CTEC over this challenging year and we could not have achieved the following results without you:
CTEC held over 150 Workshops and Courses.
Over 160 medical specialists generously gave their time and knowledge to train other medical professionals at CTEC.
Despite the challenges of 2021, CTEC trained almost 2300 medical professionals in a variety of medical specialities, including Vascular Surgery, Anaesthesia, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, ENT, Obstetrics & Gynaecology and General Practice.
45 companies and governmental organisations partnered with CTEC during this year.
Australian participants came from all states and territories, attending face to face and online offerings.
With continuing border restrictions, 89.5% of participants came from Western Australia, 10% from the Eastern states and 0.5% from New Zealand (non-WA participants utilising face-to-face and online offerings).
55% of participants heard about CTEC via our website and direct emails. 45% learnt about CTEC from their colleagues or professional bodies.
So, on behalf of Dr Ruth Blackham and the CTEC team, we wish you and your family a relaxing and enjoyable festive season, and a safe and prosperous New Year!
Professor Jeff Hamdorf, CTEC Director
