About

The only workshop of its type in Australia, this full day cadaveric workshop features 100 per cent surgical dissection time, with a high ratio of expert faculty to participants. Pre-reading will be available prior to the workshop.

This workshop aims to enhance participants’ knowledge and technical skills in laparoscopic and open hepatobiliary surgical procedures. It provides participants with a rare opportunity to practise skills and procedures they may have limited exposure to in the clinical setting.  Each practical session will also focus on the immediate anatomy of the structures operated on and their adjacent structures, broadening and consolidating participants’ anatomical knowledge and understanding.
