Overview

This highly practical cadaveric workshop features concurrent full day Surgical Trainee level and Consultant/Fellow level practical sessions in the steps and techniques of radical neck dissection for thyroid carcinoma. An expert Faculty will mentor the dissection and provide expert, practical feedback to participants.  Each session is tailored to provide participants with appropriate surgical training for their level of ability and skill set. The workshop includes an interactive faculty panel discussion covering expert advice and alternative radical neck dissection techniques.

The cadaveric models provide excellent anatomical realism and near normal tissue properties for repeated practise.
